Horizontal, single-stage volute casing pump made of cast chrome steel with nominal ratings and main dimensions in accordance with EN 733, featuring a bearing bracket and a process-type design. The pump is equipped with replaceable casing wear rings, a closed radial impeller with three-dimensionally curved vanes, and single or double mechanical seals (compliant with EN 12756). The shaft is fitted with a replaceable protective sleeve in the area of ​​the shaft seal. The process-type design allows for the removal of the coupling, bearing bracket, and impeller without needing to disconnect the pump casing from the piping. Optionally available with a motor-mounted variable speed system. Includes the KSB SuPremE—a magnet-free synchronous motor (0.55 kW / 0.75 kW at 1500 rpm; note: some versions may utilize permanent magnets) with an efficiency class of IE4/IE5 (per IEC TS 60034-30-2:2016)—designed for operation with a KSB PumpDrive 2 or KSB PumpDrive 2 Eco variable speed system (sensorless/without rotor position encoder).
